UQ Sport is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Casual Netball Umpire to join our energetic and fun team! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience and qualifications in umpiring Netball, to earn some extra cash and develop their umpiring skills in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Reporting to the Netball Convenor and the Social Sports Coordinator, our casual umpires are responsible for the game, teams and players. Their primary goal is to ensure that the players and teams have the opportunity to play a safe and controlled game. The rules of the game need to be implemented correctly and customer service must be of the highest quality.
UQ Sport Social Sport provides university students, staff and community members the opportunity to enjoy high quality, fun and affordable sporting competitions catering for all skill levels. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in Netball umpiring and be familiar with the rules of Netball. You are self-motivated, energetic and personable with excellent communication and customer service skills. Badged umpires will be highly regarded.
