The club administration centre is an initiative of UQ Sport, developed as a service to UQ Sport affiliated clubs, their members and supporters.
Through the regular updating of information contained in the club administration centre, UQ Sport will be able to provide a wide variety of products and services to assist clubs effectively manage their club affairs.
The UQ Sport club administration manual has been developed to provide the administrators of our sporting clubs, at The University of Queensland, an informative document that can provide guidance and assist in answering the regularly sought questions relating to UQ Sport Ltd, policies and procedures, insurance, financial accounting, bookings, club administrative forms and templates and much more.
The information contained will benefit the administrators as well as those with the responsibility of coordinating volunteers, managing teams, assisting in event management and coaching.
UQ Sport encourages your club to read through the manual and make use of the pro-formas provided to ensure compliance with the UQ Sport guidelines for affiliation and assist in the successful running of your club.

In accordance with the Club Agreement, it is a requirment of affiliation with UQ Sport that each affiliated club is audited on an annual basis.
