The College lifestyle passport is an agreement established between certain colleges and UQ Sport in 2007. In these individualised agreements colleges have the ability to access a wide variety of the facilities and venues offered by UQ Sport.
These can include unlimited access to the Gym, Cardio & Pool for 12 months, a nutrition seminar at the beginning of each semester and health assessments for each college student. Agreements can also include access to the Indoor Sports Pavilion, used for a variety of sports including Badminton and Table Tennis, on site fitness classes such as Yoga and Pilates and access to UQ Ovals, Beach and Indoor Volleyball courts during off peak times.
These agreements are a great way for students to develop a culture of health and fitness within the busy University lifestyle.
For further information about the College lifestyle passport, contact the UQ Sport Fitness Centre on (07) 3365 6612.
