    Are you a super-busy person?

Ever slacked off a workout because you literally don’t have enough hours in the day? Yes?

Sounds like you’re a super-busy person.

You have the best intentions, but after changing, waiting to get on machines, showering, etc – that’s close to an hour and a half gone. And as Sweet Brown would say: ain't nobody got time for that!

At this time of year with us all back at uni, it’s a struggle to find the time. In an ideal world, you’d be in and out of the gym in 30 minutes but still feel like you’ve done a full hour’s workout.

What you need is a workout that’ll give you more bang for your buck. A more efficient workout that takes less time but still sees you reaping the rewards.

A more intense workout that’s worth your trip to the gym isn’t going to be easy. Just quicker and heaps more effective.

So let’s get to it (‘cause we know you’re super busy).

These are our top eight exercises that’ll blast through the calories, hit all major muscle groups, maximise your workout AND save you time.

Push up with reverse crunch

Bicep curl and press

Plank with pull over

Man-up (the ultimate burpee)

Sit up with ball throw

Lunge twists

Sumo squat with up-right row

Kettlebell clean and press

Our awesome personal trainers (Lilly, Rob and Jacob - thanks for modelling guys!) recommend a round of 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise to get the ultimate full-body blitz.

So next time you're having a hectic day. Ask yourself: can I spare a half hour gym sesh (that's 20 mins working out, 10 mins for a flash shower)? If you can, pump out these super-efficient exercises.

You’ll feel SO much better having done a speedy workout than if you'd ditched it.

So no more Sweet Brown excuses. Just 30 minutes, 3 sets of 10 reps and you’re done!
