Dietitian and UQ Alumni, Jono Steedman, suggests anywhere from 1 – 3 coffees* a day is perfectly healthy, and can even reduce your risk for a number of health problems, but it’s important to remember three major downfalls you might experience when you exceed this limit. We guarantee number three is something you’ve yet to think about!
