In this role, you will support our bar/waiting crew to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsible supply of alcohol. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring high standards of service in bar/waiting activities, including training and supervision of staff within your work area. As Bar Supervisor, you will not be required to mix liquor as drinks will be readily served to customers.
We are looking for someone who holds a mature attitude and capable of serving customers who are under the influence of alcohol. You will be presentable and have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a customer service role with supervisory experience. To be eligible for this role, you will require an RMLV license, First Aid and CPR certificates.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is a must.
