Acroyoga is a combination of yoga and acrobatics that seeks to find the connection between mind, play and and movement. Come discover the basics in inversion, partner yoga and strengthening exercises for acrobatic practices. This 5 week course is suitable for all levels and with two start dates to choose from, you be sure not to miss out!

Acro Yoga runs Thursdays 7pm-8pm.

Two rounds of program dates to choose from:

First round: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 March  

Second round: 26 April. 3, 10, 17, 24 May
