Belly Dancing Course

The 5 week Belly Dancing Course (beginners and mixed) is designed to cater for those new as well as those with prior experience to belly dancing. With a  Beginner’s course on Wednesday as well as a Mixed Level course on Thursday, you will be spoilt for choice!

Cool, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movements is best and baring the midriff is not necessary unless you are comfortable wearing a crop-top. Elastic waist or wrap around skirts, sarongs, harem pants, hipsters, bike pants, leggings are ideal. No shoes are required but feel free to bring a scarf or jingly belt to accentuate hip movement.

Once you get into the swing of things, you’ll be shaking yourself into shape in no time.

Belly Dancing Beginner runs Wednesday 6.30pm-7.30pm

First Round: 28 February. 7, 14, 21, 28 March

Second Round: 18 April, 2,9, 16, 23 May (No class running on the 25 April)

Belly Dancing Mixed runs Thursday 1.00-2.00pm

First Round: 1,8,15,22, 29 March

Second Round: 19,26 April. 3,10,17 May

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing that either reveals the midriff or is tight fitting around your belly area.
