Boxing for Fitness Course is a high-intensity class for all fitness levels. This non-contact workout uses specific boxing training routines to teach you basic boxing skills while also improving your cardio fitness and strength. This 5 week course is perfect for fat burning and muscle toning. Train in a fun and structured environment with a course that’s suitable for both men and women.

Course Dates

Boxing For Fitness runs on Wednesday 7.00-8.00am

Choose from the below start dates:

First round: 28 February. 7, 14, 21, 28 March 

Second round: 18 April. 2,9, 16, 23 May (No class running on the 25 April)


What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. All boxing equipment will be provided. It is recommended that all participants bring either handwraps or boxing glove inners for hygiene reasons.
