The Couch to 5km is a new program that gives you the opportunity to train under careful guidance and support with training drills and running programmes tailored to all levels.

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or intermediate runner, this course is about being supported by your team in order to achieve your personal goals.

Course Dates

Couch to 5km runs Mondays or Thursdays 6.30am-7.30am

Mondays: 26 February. 5, 12, 19, 26 March. 16, 23, 30 April. 14 and 21 May (No class on the 7th of May)

Thursdays: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 March. 26 April, 3, 10, 17 and 24 May

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing.


Location will vary each week (Athletics Track, John Oxley River Walk, Fitness Centre)
