Kickboxing Course


A self paced class where you can focus on perfecting your skills in various striking techniques. You will learn to form combinations using punches, kicks, knees and elbows. You will also learn how to defend yourself against the techniques you learn!


Using the skills you learnt in the technique class, you will develop power in your strikes and cardio conditioning in this fast paced class. Those without previous experience should attend the technique class before attending this class. Those with previous experience are strongly encouraged to challenge themselves here!

Course Dates

Kickboxing Technique runs Tuesday 12pm-1pm.

Kickboxing Power Cardio runs Thursday 12pm-1pm.

Choose from the below start dates:

First Round

Tuesday:  7, 14, 21 and 28 August. 4 September

Thursday: 9, 16, 23, 30 August. 6 September

Second Round

Tuesday:  18 September, 2, 9, 16 and 23 October (No class running on 25 September)

Thursday:  20 September. 4, 11, 18 and 25 October (No class running on 27 September) 

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. Shoes not worn during class.
