Kickboxing Course

Train as the professionals train in this 5 week Kick Boxing course. Learn the fundamentals of Kick Boxing with elements of cardio and strength training incorporated to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. All classes are carefully structured and you will progress week to week. Start your training with a warm up before you get into the fun stuff.You will engage in solo and partner drills using gloves, pads and kick shields. With two start dates of the 5 week courses to choose from, you be sure not to miss out!

Course Dates

Kickboxing runs Thursday 12pm-1pm.

Choose from the below start dates:

First round: March 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6.

Second round: April 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25.

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. Shoes not worn during class.
