Taking to the pole improves fitness levels, core strength, muscle tone and strengthens shoulders, arms and the stomach.
Pole Fusion has something for all skill and fitness levels. Starting and finishing each class with warm up and cool down stretches, this 5 week course will improve your general flexibility and strength through foundation pole moves including spins, holds, pole tricks and aerial moves. You will also learn pole combinations and dance routines. In this fun, energetic and private environment, you will be enjoying yourself so much it won’t even feel like exercise.
