Pole Fusion Course

Around the world people are being enticed to pole dancing by the promise of a toned body without the grind of a gym workout. Pole dancing is a full body workout combining the fun and skills of dance, gymnastics, acrobatics, yoga and Pilates into one. Taking to the pole improves fitness levels, core strength, muscle tone and strengthens shoulders, arms and the stomach.

Pole Fusion has something for all skill and fitness levels. Starting and finishing each class with warm up and cool down stretches, this 5 week course will improve your general flexibility and strength through foundation pole moves including spins, holds, pole tricks and aerial moves. You will also learn pole combinations and dance routines. In this fun, energetic and private environment, you will be enjoying yourself so much it won’t even feel like exercise. Get ready to get in pole position! With two start dates of the 5 week courses to choose from, you be sure not to miss out!

Course Dates

Pole Dancing runs Wednesday 7.30pm-8.30pm.

Two rounds of program dates to choose from:

First round:   8, 22 and 29 August. 5 and 12 September  
No class running on the 15 August

Second round: 19 September. 3, 10, 17 and 24 October
No class running on the 26 September

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable athletic clothing (shorts preferred) and enclosed shoes
