Course Dates

POUND® runs Friday 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Two rounds of program dates to choose from:

First round: August 4, 11, 18, 25, September 1.

Second round: September 15, 22. October 6, 13, 20.

No classes will run on September 29 (mid semester break).

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing.
