Course Dates

Strength and Lifting runs Wednesday 3:30pm-4:30pm.

Two rounds of program dates to choose from:

First round:  28 February. 7, 14, 21, 28 March

Second round:  18 April. 2, 9, 16, 23 May (no class running on the 25 April)
