Course Dates

Strength and Lifting runs Wednesday 3:30pm-4:30pm.

Two rounds of program dates to choose from:

First round: August 2, 9, 23, 30. September 6

Second round: September 13, 20. October 4, 11, 18

No classes will run on August 16 (Ekka) and September 27 (mid semester break)

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing.
