Triathlon Training

These sessions (RUN, RIDE, TRANS) provide a professional way to prepare for triathlons or to simply increase your fitness. Over the past 10 years our coaches have helped many first timers complete an Olympic-distance triathlon as well as several elite triathletes’ improve their times.

Running, riding, transition and wind trainer sessions all form part of the triathlon training program. Each session caters for the novice to the more intermediate or advanced competitor.
