With the ability to use light weights or something more challenging, BODYPUMP® is flexible to your needs, making it easy to progress at your own pace. Once you’ve decided what weight range is right for you, this class will use repetition throughout to ensure each muscle group is pushed to it’s limit, allowing you get stronger faster.
