SwimFit is a program that will turn swimming into your weekly workout of choice. There is a different focus rotating week to week from legs, sprints, arms to distance swimming and you can expect to swim between 1.8-2.4 kilometres each session. SwimFit is a great way to improve your technique and fitness in a casual and social environment.
