We love both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, so we decided to combine the two in one hybrid class!
The ‘Vin’ portion of the workout is all about warming up your body through deep breathing and a series of flowing movements.
Then when you’re in the zone, it’s onto a series ‘Yin’ exercises – a series of relaxing deep stretches to really lengthen your muscles.
