UQ Sport’s Small Group Training is the perfect way for you to reach your fitness goals as it provides you with the opportunity to train in a group or with friends.
These sessions, which accommodate 5-10 participants, are designed to target your specific goals and accelerate your progress to reach them. The sessions run for 30-40 minutes, providing you with an awesome workout that will fit into your busy schedule!
Our enthusiastic and qualified trainers will guide these sessions and provide you with uplifting motivation. They will also closely observe your technique, ensuring that you are getting the most out of every workout.
