Join us as we kick-start our trial series of Small Group Training from Monday 27 August.
We’re offering six weeks of free classes for Gold members, designed for those who want to receive focused and specific-to-you guidance from a professional instructor.
The best part? Each private training session is limited to a group of nine, so you’ll never get away with a sloppy squat!
