We can’t all bend and twist like we’re made of plasticine! But with our beginner Gymnastics Short Course, you’ll get a crash course in the basics of this awe-inspiring sport!
When we say beginner, we mean it – you don’t need to have any Gymnastics experience to take part. We’ll teach you introductory skills like forward and backward rolls, as well as handstands and cartwheels.
This is a cracking Course for developing your flexibility, balance and coordination, and you’ll notice big improvements to your strength and conditioning in no time.
