Turbocharge your cardio conditioning and boost your self-confidence with our action-a-plenty Kickboxing class! You’ll get a crash course in technique and how to brace for impact, allowing you to perfect your stance so you can deliver super strikes!
Once you have experience under your belt you can build upon your skills, adding agility, speed and strength to your workout.
This class is open to beginners and advanced kickboxers alike. Participants will be partnered up based on skill and ability.
