Take charge of your safety and rest reassured that you can take care of yourself in this free Self Defence Short Course.
With a focus on accommodating different skill levels, UQ’s Judo Club will deliver this five week course to equip both men and women with vital methods of securing safety.
Each week you will build on technique, and graduate from this course with a comprehensive knowledge of self defence. From learning the defensive basics, to picking up tips to make an easy escape, this course will give you the confidence that you are prepared for any situation that may bring you harm.
This course is being offered free of charge for UQ Students only! You can choose between a Monday or Tuesday schedule.
Casual bookings are accepted however we recommend committing to the full five weeks to reap the full benefits of this course.
