Get the edge on your opponents and improve your acceleration and sprinting ability with our Speed for Sport Short Course!
Delivered by UQ Sport Academy coaches, you’ll be introduced to fundamental warm-up movements and techniques for acceleration and sprinting.
You’ll also experience testing with the use of speed sleds and timing games, and review your progress through video analysis. Suitable for all athletes aged 16 and over.
