Low-impact workouts, such as Vinyasa Yoga, Align & Flow, Flow Hatha, and Pilates will strengthen your muscles, all while calming your mind. These workouts are one of the best ways you can improve flexibility, as well as strengthen and tone smaller, stabilisation-based muscles that are sometimes neglected in other forms of training.
