Deck Supervisor

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

This is a rewarding and fun opportunity for anyone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and passionate about supporting children and adults to improve their swimming skills.

In your other role as Deck Supervisor you will act as the liaison between the Learn to Swim Instructors, parents and swimmers ensuring quality control of the Learn to Swim programs.

ABOUT YOU

You will need to be engaging with the ability to inspire and energize others. You are a strong team player, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will need to have availability to work on weekends, morning and evenings.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Learn to Swim lessons
  • Recognized instructing qualifications
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate or equivalent
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infants (highly desirable) or second recognised AUSTSWIM or Swimming Australia qualification
  • Blue Card
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Proven high level of both written and verbal communication skills
