Managing Your Account
Update Your Account Details
The easiest way to manage your account is via the My Account online portal, accessible at the top of the UQ Sport homepage.
Cancel Your Direct Debit Membership
Direct Debit Members may process a cancellation request via our My Account platform. Once logged in, click or tap the ‘Dashboard’ tab, and select ‘Memberships’. Please note, Direct Debit Memberships can only be cancelled after the minimum term of 13 payments have been made.
Suspend Your Membership
Members may process a suspension request via our My Account platform. Once logged in, click or tap the ‘Dashboard’ tab, and select ‘Memberships’. If you have any issues suspending your Membership via My Account, please contact Fitness Centre reception.
