Our much-loved Swim Fit squad program attracts hundreds of swimmers on a weekly bases! Each session is part of an integrated weekly program that’s designed to improve both your technique and fitness.
There’s morning, midday, evening and weekend sessions to suit your schedule, and you can swim as many sessions as you please.
You can opt to use fins or swim without, we sell all equipment at the Pro Shop on site.
Aqua Fit involves structured water-based activities in different depths and temperature of water. We use a variety of aquatic equipment, conducted with music.
Aqua Aerobics is a shallow water activity (normally chest depth) to work on fitness movement with or without equipment to increase resistance but with no impact on your joints.
Aqua Boxing is exactly what you envisage – it’s boxing in a pool!
Use our special Aqua Boxing equipment in this fun and intense training session with minimal impact on your joints.
Water resistance while kicking and punching makes this group class a great challenge for any athlete!
Aqua Running is a low/mid-range intensity training suitable for all fitness levels, held in the 50m Pool. Buoyancy belts recommended (limited hire available from UQ Sport). Ideal for low joint impact exercise.
Swim & Lift
Swim & Lift combines pool and land-based training to drastically improve your functional fitness. Bring your googles for sets in the water, and prepare your lungs for burpees, lifts and more on the pool deck! All exercise equipment is provided, and you can make the session as intense as you want it to be.
