UQ Sport’s Swim Fit programs are widely regarded as the most comprehensive you’ll find in Brisbane. Our sessions cater to swimmers of all types – from those who swim purely for fun and fitness, to competitive swimmers, triathletes and surf races!

Our much-loved Swim Fit squad program attracts hundreds of swimmers on a weekly basis. Each session is part of an integrated weekly program that’s designed to improve both your technique and fitness.
There are morning, midday, evening and weekend sessions to suit your schedule, and you can swim as many sessions as you please.
You can opt to use fins or swim without. We sell all the equipment at the Pro Shop on site.
Please note: Swim Fit is a squad program and is recommended for individuals who are confident swimming more than 500m.
Aqua Fit involves structured water-based activities in different depths and temperature of water. We use a variety of aquatic equipment, conducted with music.
Aqua Running is a low/mid-range intensity training suitable for all fitness levels, held in the 50m Pool. Buoyancy belts recommended (limited hire available from UQ Sport). Ideal for low joint impact exercise.
