Our much-loved Swim Squad program attracts hundreds of swimmers on a weekly basis! Each session is part of an integrated weekly program that’s designed to improve both your technique and fitness. There’s morning, afternoon and evening sessions to suit your schedule, and you can swim as many sessions as you please!
With the aid of fins (flippers), this hour-long session is designed to work the legs and abdominal muscles utilising kick board exercises. BYO fins (they’re also available for sale at the Pro Shop).
Running, riding, transition, and wind trainer sessions all form part of our triathlon training program. And the best news? You don’t need to be an elite-level triathlete to take part – our program caters to first-timers as well as experienced competitors!
This non-weight bearing exercise closely resembles land-based running, but without the impact! Buoyancy belts are provided to all participants to keep your lower-half in the water.
