The University of Queensland has confirmed the opening of St Lucia and Gatton campuses from 5:00am on Wednesday 12 March. All UQ Sport venues at St Lucia and Gatton will reopen on Wednesday.
The Aquatic Centre will reopen later at 12:00PM on Wednesday to allow for final preparations and safety checks.
All our services and activities including Group fitness classes, Badminton Happy Hour, as well as tennis and swim lessons, will resume as soon as the venues reopen.
Social sport will be delayed and will begin matches from Monday 24 March.
All UQ Sport memberships that were previously suspended will now be active from Wednesday 12 March.

The Tennis Centre is now undergoing maintenance. As a result, the capacity of the Tennis Centre will be affected, with limited court availability after 6:30pm every night. We encourage customers to contact the Tennis Centre prior to visiting to confirm court availability.
UQ P&F is actively working and aims to reopen the courts for night use by mid March.

Trenching work will begin soon along Walcott Street for the new Student residence complex, St Lucia campus.
Areas near Grace College and Sporting Field 9 will be affected by the installation of underground electricity cables. Parking on Walcott Street will be restricted in stages, with signage indicating where parking is not permitted.
