Please visit our COVIDSafe page for guidelines on what we need you to do before, during and after your exercise session to help us maintain a COVIDSafe space.

It’s vital you regularly visit this page to remain up-to-date with the latest COVIDSafe information, particularly as the Queensland Government eases restrictions.

Before you visit one of our venues, or participate in a program, you’ll need to login or create a UQ Sport account and update your contact details. You’ll need a UQ Sport account to book-in for some sessions, including our Gym and Group Fitness classes at St Lucia.

To get started, visit the UQ Sport website and click on My Account

At present, customers wanting to use our venues, or participate in programs, must either reactivate, or purchase a new UQ Sport Membership or Pass.

    Suspended Memberships:

In response to our COVID-19 shutdown, all UQ Sport Memberships were suspended earlier this year and will remain suspended until further notice.

You can opt to reactivate your Membership before this date by logging into your My Account. Click or tap the ‘Memberships’ tab in ‘Dashboard’, and follow the steps to end the suspension placed on your Membership. Once your Membership is active, you’ll be able to see all your updated account details – including new expiry information, and any account credits you may have. You can also call or visit one of our venues and one of our team can help you to reactivate your Membership.

    Suspended Passes:

All Passes remain suspended until further notice unless you opt to manually reactivate your Pass. To reactivate your Pass, please visit or call one of our venues during opening hours and one of our team members can help you. Pass reactivation is not yet available via My Account

    Purchase a new Membership:

For the foreseeable future, Membership sales can only be processed by calling or visiting one of our venues during opening hours. Direct Debit Memberships will only be available to purchase. Cash payments will not be accepted at this time.

    Purchase a new Pass:

Please call or visit one of our venues during opening hours to purchase a Pass. Cash payments will not be accepted at this time.

From Monday 6 July, bookings and training time limits will be removed, and you can workout in our Weights and Cardio Gym when it suits you during Fitness Centre opening hours!
