Vin Yin Yoga
Vin Yin Yoga is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Participants get to experience the best of both practices; the first half of the sequence is Vinyasa (energizing, building strength, improving flexibility) and the second half is Yin Yoga (decrease stress, lengthen muscles, grounding).
