Functional Strength Training

Functional strength training works to increase muscle mass and mobility performance specific to the individual. This can range from getting stronger in day-to-day activities like carrying the groceries, right through to sport-specific training such as improving ankle stability or vertical jumping in sports like basketball or netball.

Outdoor Training

If you prefer to train outdoors rather than an indoor gym – we can accommodate! Our personal trainers have a range of equipment suitable for outdoor training that will help you reach your fitness goals – without starring at a brick wall.

Outdoor training can include boxing, bodyweight training, cardio, and resistance. We can even come to you depending where you are on campus!

Rehab Training

Recovering from an injury? You can trust our personal trainers to guide you back to your peak.

Providing tailored programs for your specific injury or limitation, you can have confidence in our personal trainers to improve strength, flexibility and reduce pain on your road to recovery.

Our trainers can also talk you through a number of variations for activities you’re likely to come up against in your day-to-day routine.

HIIT

The quickest way to burn fat and get fit is through High Intensity Interval Training. Combining intense anaerobic exercises and less intense segments to improve cardiovascular fitness, our personal trainers will tailor programs to your fitness level and skill set – and then whip you into shape!

Using a simple variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises, HIIT training can take place either indoors or outdoors.
