We have several options to suit your preferred style of training and different packages for you to choose the length of time you wish to spend with a personal trainer.

Our enthusiastic and qualified personal trainers guarantee to show you how to have fun while training. They will:

  • Develop a personal training program to achieve your goals in a safe environment

What are the options?

PT Starter Pack

A perfect place to start is our PT Starter Pack. The PT Starter Pack gives you the opportunity to test out personal training with three sessions including a health and fitness assessment, a one hour training session and a 30 minute session with your certified trainer. At an amazing price of $99 (valued at over $170), you’ll start working towards being the best you can be!

One-on-One PT

Test out a 30 minute personal training session and make it count with an intensity that you cannot match on your own. Alternatively a one hour session is a great way to step it up and work on your health and fitness goals. Come and try it out with a one-off session or establish a solid training base and make the most of what personal training has to offer with a multiple session pass to see greater results.

Couples PT

Couples personal training is for any two people who want to team up and train together. Pair up with a friend, colleague or partner to get the benefits of motivating each other and reaching your goals together at a more affordable price.
