Hatha Yoga is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners. However, even though it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging.
This 60 minute class is designed to maintain physical and mental awareness by working every body part, including internal organs, ligaments, veins and muscles.
Be sure to drink 1-2 litres of fluids in the hours leading up to your workout, to ensure you’re well-hydrated.
