Strength & Balance

Strength and Balance is a light to moderate intensity class that focuses on increasing your total body strength, coordination, and balance.

The 45-minute workout consists of functional exercises to improve movements that we use in daily life. Having a strong core, better balance, and hand-eye-coordination also helps to prevent falls and injuries.

This class is suited for all levels and abilities with our trainers on-hand to provide beginner and advanced suggestions and advice
