Designed especially for seniors & older participants, Strength and Balance is a light to moderate intensity class that focuses on increasing total body strength, coordination, and balance.
The 45-minute workout utilises functional exercises to improve movements that are used in daily life. Increased total body strength, coordination and balance will also ensure prevention of injury and improve quality of life.
This class is suited for all levels and abilities with our trainers on-hand to provide beginner and advanced modifications throughout.
