ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enthusiastic about fostering swimming skills in both children and adults? If so, this is a unique and enjoyable opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic individual who can inspire and energize others, collaborate effectively within a team, and possesses a genuine passion for imparting learn-to-swim programs.
In this role you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons that enhance swimmers’ abilities and boost confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to students.
- Showcase a demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues, fostering effective teamwork.
- Contribute to and cultivate a positive team culture.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Learn-to-Swim lessons.
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate or equivalent.
- Blue Card.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Availability throughout the week will put you in better standing for consistant, ongoing hours or permanent opportunities!
