Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. It’s more fast-paced than other yoga classes, so you’ll flow from one pose to the next increasing your heart rate and building strength as you support your body against the pull of gravity.

Vin Yin Yoga

Vin Yin Yoga is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Participants get to experience the best of both practices; the first half of the sequence is Vinyasa (energising, building strength, improving flexibility) and the second half is Yin Yoga (decrease stress, lengthen muscles, grounding).

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful yoga practice suitable for most people, targeting the body’s connective tissues (including tendons, ligaments, fascia, bones and joints). In this class, you will be guided into a pose which will stretch or stress the targeted tissues.

Most Yin Yoga poses are floor based, while incorporating mindful breathing practices and periods of relaxation. Whilst this style of yoga appears passive, there is a lot going on beneath the surface and maintaining stillness whilst holding poses can be challenging.

Benefits include:

  • Increased joint mobility
  • Improved overall flexibility
  • Reduced feelings of stress or anxiety
  • Improved circulation
  • An overall calming effect.
Zumba®

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness party which stimulates the senses & works all major muscle groups in a high energy cardio blast!
