There are strict footwear requirements that must be met when playing on the synthetic pitches. Please adhere to the recommended footwear below at all times, and ensure that footwear is clean before stepping onto the field (please use taps next to entry gates and brush grate to clean boots before entry).

The following needs must be met at all times on Playing Field 4:

• No metal studs or blades boots
• No hard plastic soled shoes
• No high heels or stiletto shoes
• No glass (including glass drinking bottles) or cans
• No drinks other than water
• No chewing gum or lollies
• No foodstuffs
• No spitting
• No cigarettes, cigars, lighters, matches or pipes
• No jewellery
• No bobby pins
