Fine-tune your swimming technique and improve your speed with a one-on-one Stroke Analysis session.
Ideal for swimmers of all levels, our experienced coaches will review your stroke and highlight improvements to your form, to boost speed and minimise injury. Looking for an in-depth review of your technique? Our coaches can also carry out an expansive video analysis utilising the industry gold standard SwimPro camera system. Not only will you receive a high-resolution recording of your swimming from above and below the water, we’ll also carry out a sit-down stroke review, and provide training recommendations.
45-minute Session: This standalone session will cover 30-minutes of filming underwater followed by a 15-minute sitdown review. Your specialised stroke correction coach will digitally deliver a compiled review of your stroke (including video footage) and an assessment criterion clearly outlining areas of improvement. You will also be provided with customised drills to correct your form in your own time.
3 x 45-minute Session (Discounted Bundle): Track and compare your stroke over a 6-week period with this 3-session bundle. This pack gives you time to implement feedback, return for follow-up reviews and is the recommended choice for swimmers looking to make tangible progress.

I was expecting to receive a few pointers from the exercise. What I got was so much more- a comprehensive analysis (with supporting video evidence) of every element of my movement with practical guidance on how to improve each component. If I implement even one of the recommendations I know I will improve my swimming and I have many to choose from, so I am delighted with the outcome.

I’m 60 years old and recently returned to competitive Masters swimming at UQ after a 44-year break. In an effort to become competitive again I’ve just completed my first Swim Stroke Analysis with UQ Sports’ Ethan Forge. It only took a half hour in the pool to get all the video he required for the first analysis. The ability to get moving video from the front, the rear and the side of the stroke is an exceptional tool for technique analysis and coaching.

Ethan was an absolute pleasure to deal with- professional, engaging and efficient. If you are genuinely interested in improving your swimming, I highly recommend the service.

Coach Ethan broke it all down into simple language I could understand and gave me clear instructions before, during and after the in-pool videoing session. He has impressive knowledge and gave me loads of analysis homework I could take away and start working on immediately. The customised drills he suggested to start training my body from old habits to new have already made an impressive impact on my times. I look forward to my next sessions where I’m hoping to see some real progress as the corrective drill work kicks in.
