In collaboration with UQ Life, UQ Sport hosted the annual 3×3 UQ Slam Tournament for the fifth time on campus in 2023. Large crowds upwards of 450 people gathered to spectate and compete in street-styled basketball. The event is run free for UQ students and was able to accommodate an event record-high 40 teams in both men’s and women’s categories, competing for cash prizes.
