The UQ Boxing Club caters for women and men of all abilities from beginners to experienced boxers. Whether you want serious coaching for competition, training for self-defence, or just a fun sport to get you fit, our club has something for you.
Your first technique class is free!
In this class you will learn proper technique while still getting a workout. There is no expectation that you must spar, and many of our members attend this class as a fun or new way of improving their fitness. UQ Boxing also enjoys a lively social scene with regular BBQs and an Annual Dinner as the highlight of the year.
