Weights Gym

The Weights Gym spans three levels and caters for all abilities. Whether your aim is sports specific training, weight loss or improving your strength, you will find what you need in our multi-level Weights Gym.

Level 1 contains squat racks, deadlifting platforms, leg press machines and free weights ranging from 22.5kg-60kg.

Level 2 has several pin weight machines which target all areas of the body. It also contains a core and stretch area, along with a small amount of free weights.

Level 3 contains a large amount of free weights and benches.
