Loved the world over, Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, all practiced in a specific order.
This 60 minute class is designed to maintain physical and mental awareness by working every body part, including internal organs, ligaments, veins and muscles.
Be sure to drink 1-2 litres of fluids in the hours leading up to your workout, to ensure you’re well-hydrated.
