Bendy Patricia has been teaching Yoga in gyms and studios for more than eight years.
For me, there is nothing more satisfying than looking around at people’s faces after a yoga class or meditation session and seeing the calm, serene and positive feelings radiating around the room. I love helping you learn how to access and harness the powerful tools of yoga and meditation to retreat, restore and recharge.
Mikayla is a veteran when it comes to Group Fitness – she’s been working in the industry since 2018.
It is a way to show people how much fun they can have while exercising! Seeing participants push themselves through a class in a supportive environment and leave the session with a smile will always make my day.
Centred and grounded, Mathilde has been teaching her craft for more than three years.
I love helping people to feel centred and calm. There are so many distractions in our lives so if I can make someone feel grounded for an hour, my job is done. I also believe that a strong body can help us to feel stronger and more confident.

I love the energy, fun and mutual respect that the members bring to the class while we are together and dancing. Zumba is open to everyone regardless of age and fitness level and no dance experience is necessary!
