Whether you’re prepping for your very first Tri or pushing for a PB, we deliver Triathlon programs to suit all comers! Take part in weekly Swim, Run, Ride, and Trans (Transition) Group Fitness sessions to build your fitness base. These workouts are tailored to the individual – train at your own pace!
You can represent Team UQ by joining the UQ Triathlon and Adventure Racing Club, or UQ Swim Club. And if you’re a student, be sure to compete for UQ at selected Nationals-affiliated Triathlon events, held all over Australia!
