10K Challenge

Have you ever wanted to run the Bridge to Brisbane (27th of August), but don’t know where to start with training?

The 10km Challenge is a new program that gives you the opportunity to train under careful guidance and support with training drills and running programmes tailored to all levels

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or intermediate runner, the 10K Challenge is about being supported by your team in order to achieve your personal goals.

Course Dates

10km Challenge runs Tuesday or Thursday 6.30am-7.30am

Tuesday: July 25. August 1, 8, 15, 22

Thursday July 27: August 3, 10, 17, 24 

What to Bring

Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing.


Location will vary each week (Athletics Track, John Oxley River Walk, Fitness Centre)
